Director of Global Investor Relations – NewCo Biotech Initiatives

Position SummaryThe Director of Global Investor Relations – NewCo Biotech Initiatives will be responsible for building, managing, and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with our NewCo incubator vision. You will cultivate long-term relationships with institutional investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners while developing messaging and communication strategies that effectively convey our value creation model and investment thesis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping investor participation in incubator-launched biotech ventures and positioning the company as a key player in biotech venture creation. Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Strategy:

Design and lead the investor relations strategy specific to the NewCo incubator model, including fundraising plans, engagement timelines, and target investor mapping. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key investors, biotech-focused venture capital firms, and strategic corporate partners. Fundraising Support: Collaborate with internal venture teams to structure and support fundraising for NewCo spinouts and incubator-born companies. Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling narratives and communication strategies that articulate our incubator model, portfolio progress, and value creation. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of investor trends in biotech and venture creation, ensuring strategy remains aligned with the external landscape. Events & Communications:

Lead investor events, roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and prepare investor updates, reports, and marketing collateral. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with corporate development, finance, legal, and scientific teams to align investor messaging and compliance and customers. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or strategic partnerships—preferably in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare. Strong understanding of early-stage biotech investment, venture creation models, and innovation ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to lead high-level investor conversations, manage confidential processes, and craft persuasive investment messaging.
