Identify and manage B2B clients in the maritime sectorBuild and maintain long-term relationships with shipowners and technical managersCollaborate with internal procurement/logistics teamAttend meetings and represent the company in industry communicationWork directly with the founder on sales strategy and client acquisitionRequirements: Experience in B2B sales (preferably technical or maritime sectors)Strong communication and negotiation skillsFluent English (written & spoken); Russian is a plusSelf-driven, result-oriented, organized and proactiveMust be able to work on-site in Tallinn (Mon–Fri)We Offer:
