This is a casual position, commencing November 2025.In this role, you are primarily responsible for the safe operations of the vessel, assisting with compliance and on-board maintenance, providing leadership and management of crew, and ensuring guests who join us on our luxury vessel are provided with exceptional service in our premium dining space.You will be a team player with strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills by delivering exceptional guest experiences, while ensuring high team performance and professional presentation. They will foster crew growth through guidance and training, uphold safety and compliance standards, manage daily duties for marine crew and navigate Sydney Harbour effectively.About UsCruise Sydney provides a luxuriously unique way for guests to experience the beautiful Sydney Harbour.
