As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to help drive key initiatives – leading complex projects with precision, accountability, and a results-focused mindset. Your RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects that span departments, locations, and stakeholders. From technical initiatives to customer-specific implementations, your ability to plan, align, and execute will play a critical role in our continued success. You will: Take full ownership of project planning, timelines, and deliverables from identifying potential solutions to implementing the final result.

Drive collaboration between engineering, production, sales, and managementEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetIdentify risks early and propose effective solutionsCommunicate clearly with both internal teams and external partnersReport progress and status to senior leadership in a structured wayThis is a hands-on role where you will be close to the action – making things happen, not just tracking them. What You BringWe are looking for someone with a solid track record of project leadership and a strong sense of accountability.

You are comfortable navigating complexity, aligning different interests, and maintaining a clear overview even when things move fast. Ideally, you: Have 5+ years of experience in project managementBring strong communication and leadership skillsWork in a structured and detail-oriented wayKnow your way around project management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, ERP systems)Understand industrial or technical processes – experience with mechanical systems or heat exchangers is an advantageIf you hold a PRINCE2 or PMP certification it is a plus. More than anything, you are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking the lead in a fast-paced, international setting.
