Through empowerment by sharing transformation products and best practices, anchoring and coordinating mayor projects towards the end-users, taking their input and shaping it into next improvement initiatives, improving processes, and being the ears and eyes in headquarters as well as regions to merge interests and focus areas. Together, we are addressing all pillars of the Operating Model, from systems and processes, data, performance management to organizational design. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive internal communication to support organizational goals, projects and initiativesHands on: create, edit, and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, minutes of meeting and other materials based upon the teams’ needsEnsure effectiveness of communications (e. g.

that it reaches the target audience, and they understand)Plan and execute internal events, such as town halls, employee meetings, and other engagement activitiesManage internal communication channels and tools, ensuring they are effective and up to dateMonitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement Collaborate closely with the team and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values and objectives QualificationsBachelor's degree or Vocational Training / Apprenticeship in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, management support or a similar role, preferably in a multinational cooperationExperience in developing and executing internal communication strategiesSolid writing, editing, and proofreading skillsProficient project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.
