The company provides a comprehensive range of savings and investment solutions for retail, institutional, and corporate clients.

Your roleAs an investment fund lawyer, you provide legal advice on the setup, structuring, and operations of regulated funds, mainly UCITS, in collaboration with internal teams and clientsResponsibilitiesDraft and review legal documentation for the setup, restructuring, merger, or liquidation of UCIs, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations. Coordinate the preparation and submission of approval requests to Luxembourg and foreign regulatory authorities for fund-related operations. Provide expert legal advice on UCITS and liquid investment funds, monitor regulatory developments, and assess their impact on targeted markets.

Negotiate and manage contractual agreements in line with group standards, client-specific requirements, and applicable legal frameworks. Support fund governance activities, handle disputes with internal and external stakeholders, enhance internal procedures, and contribute to the regulatory awareness of operational teams. QualificationsAt least 5/7 years of experience as an investment funds lawyer in-house or in a law firm. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations (UCITS, AIFMD, CSSF regulations and practices) and EU directives, with a strong background in Luxembourg UCITS and regulated AIFsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. Fluency in French and English is required
