Job Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated Vibration and Stress Engineers to join our team and support the continued growth of our vibration and stress engineering services within the oil and gas industry.Responsibilities:·      Perform acoustical pulsation, mechanical vibration, torsional vibration, skid dynamic analysis of reciprocating compressors and pumps, screw compressors, piping systems, pipelines, and structures (including off-shore platforms and FPSO’s). Provide recommendations for design improvements of the system being analyzed·      Conduct field vibration measurements on mechanical equipment (including but not limited to compressors and pumps), piping systems, pipelines, and structures (including off-shore platforms and FPSO’s). Develop and implement vibration mitigation solutions. ·      Perform 3D Finite Element Analysis (FEA), both static and dynamic, for mechanical equipment, pressure vessels, piping systems, pipelines, and structures·      Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals·      Provide technical support to clients as neededAdhere to all safety regulations and company policiesRequirements:·      Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Master's or Ph.D. Degree, in Mechanical or Civil Engineering·      Strong knowledge of acoustical pulsation, vibration and stress analysis for mechanical equipment, piping systems, pipeline, and structures·      Familiarity with reciprocating compressors and pumps, piping and pipeline engineering, and structural engineering ·      Experience with software such as SAP2000, ANSYS, AutoPIPE, Caesar II, STAAD, PULS, BOSPulse, and Solidworks is a strong asset.·      Experience with on-site vibration measurements is an advantage.·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills·      Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.We Offer:Competitive salaries and benefits.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.To Apply:Qualified candidates are invited to send their resumes along with two references (name and phone contact) to hr@ccpge.com.
