Arby’s, a cornerstone brand within the Inspire portfolio, is seeking a Vice President - Brand Experience to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth and maximize brand performance.Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this VP will lead a team responsible for building the marketing plan to achieve Arby’s business and consumer goals. This includes defining consumer targets/insights, identifying whitespace opportunities, building the annual marketing plan, and leading development of the brand’s value initiatives.This leader will work cross-functionally to execute national and local marketing initiatives, ensuring Arby’s continues to stand out as a bold, distinctive brand. This role will also own key workstreams such as promotional and offer strategy, as well as major sponsorships and partnerships.Additionally, the VP will serve as serve as the primary brand liaison to the Digital Guest Experience team, driving collaboration across ecommerce, 1:1 marketing, loyalty, and third-party delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead clear definition of the brand’s business and consumer goals.Develop strategies and recommend prioritization of resources to accomplish those goalsLead development of annual marketing calendar of activity. Including in year adjustments based on risks, opportunities, evolving market dynamicsLead definition of key targets, including insight development, learning attitudes and usage, and monitoring performance against consumer goalsLead ongoing evaluation of current value initiatives and development of new value programs. Inclusive of development, test, launch, and evaluationPartner with digital guest experience team as brand lead for delivery of brand’s digital goals across ecommerce, 1:1, loyalty, and 3pdEducation And Experience Qualifications4 Year Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Social Science, or related fieldAdvanced Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred15+ years of progressive Marketing experience in brand management and/or brand experience10+ years of experience in leadership role, managing people and processesRestaurant/QSR experience highly preferredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, Or ABILITIESDemonstrated strategic marketing expertise with strong business acumen and P&L fluency, embodying a general manager mindset.Deep understanding of brand DNA, including market size, competitive positioning, and target consumer segments.Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems to unlock growth opportunities across the brand experience.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences in both written and verbal formats.Proven ability to operate as a self-starter and entrepreneurial leader within a lean, fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration and influencing skills within a matrixed, cross-functional organization.Demonstrated capability to develop, mentor, and inspire team members.High emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships internally and with Franchisees.10% Travel Required.
