We are HiringVice President FinanceExplore your next career move with one of our leading client companies in the market.ResponsibilitiesLead overall finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.Conduct financial modeling to support business expansion and investment projects.Manage cash flow, authorize payments, and coordinate with banks and auditors.Oversee projects and infrastructure development, ensuring process efficiency and compliance.Support certification programs such as FSSC 22000 and HACCP.Prepare business proposals and liaise with legal, regulatory, and government bodies (BOI, IRD).Provide strategic input to executive management on financial planning and business growth.RequirementsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CA are highly desirable.20 years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to multinational operations.Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.Experience in project management, process optimization, and certification programs is a plus.
