Vice President - Global Quality, Safety and Environment

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our organization as Vice President, Quality, Safety and Environment. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the Global Quality, Safety and Environment roadmap across KK Group.The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Global Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) across the KK Group. This role ensures that the KK Group operates as a professional and competent partner, consistently delivering products that meet customer specifications and expectations, while fostering a strong culture of safety and maintaining a secure global working environment. Furthermore, the successful candidate will maintain and develop KK’s management systems and practices in alignment with relevant standards, in close collaboration with stakeholders. Mastery of core quality and process improvement methodologies and tools — such as APQP, Six Sigma, and CMMI —will be essential to ensure predictable quality from idea to delivery and service.This position is a part of Global Operations Senior Leadership Team, and will work closely across all our manufacturing sites. The functional responsibility includes:Operational QualityHealth, Safety & operational EnvironmentBusiness ExcellenceProject, Product Quality & IntegrationYour main roles and responsibilities:Strategic Leadership and Execution - Actively contribute to the development and execution of the Global Operations Strategy, while leading its implementation within Global Quality, Safety and Environment, ensuring full alignment with the company’s overarching goals, performance targets, and long-term vision.Operational Excellence - Establish and maintain an effective management structure, meeting cadence, and reporting framework to secure timely and high-quality deliverables. Support M&A integration activities within Operations, particularly in relation to Quality Systems, ensuring consistency and continuity across all entities.Health and Safety, Environmental Management- Ensure full compliance with global HSE legislation and relevant international standards. Develop and maintain relevant policies, programs, and practices that promote a safe, sustainable, and compliant working environment across all KK locations.Quality Assurance - Supervise quality operations, maintaining the operational Non-Conformity Report (NCR) system to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and verified. Strengthen cooperation between global and local QSE teams to enhance alignment, knowledge sharing, and consistency in implementation and execution.Auditing and Compliance - Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external audits across all KK’s areas. Monitor audit results, follow up on findings, and ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions.Management System Governance – Ensure that KK maintains an effective Management System with the right level of processes aligned with external requirements and internal needs, and continuously measure and improve its effectiveness.Continuous Improvement – Analyze QSE data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address quality and safety issues. Drive global Quality Council (Q-Council) meetings to align actions and share best practices.Cross-Functional Alignment - Foster strong collaboration across the Global Operations organization as well as rest of KK Group with key stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and value creation.People Leadership - Inspire, motivate and develop a diverse, global workforce by fostering an inclusive culture and adapting leadership approaches to different cultural contexts. Act as a role model for leadership excellence, setting the standard for integrity, accountability, and collaboration.Qualifications:Minimum bachelor's degree within Quality Management or similar is required.Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Management within international industrial companies at senior level as well as proven track record on leading a large quality organisation. Solid background working in organizations with their own product portfolios and development functions.Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 31000.Personal attributes:The ideal candidate is a strong and engaged leader with excellent managerial and execution capabilities.
