The Vice President will lead and optimize real estate asset management strategies, oversee property performance, monitor investments, and analyze market trends to enhance portfolio outcomes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for optimizing asset value and efficiency in alignment with the company's core mission. Regular reporting, budget planning, and relationship management with key stakeholders will be part of day-to-day responsibilities.QualificationsStrong foundation in Asset Management and Property Management practicesExperience in Investments and Finance, including evaluating opportunities and managing financial portfoliosProven Analytical Skills, including data analysis and market trend evaluationExcellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilitiesProficiency in financial modeling and performance forecasting is preferredMinimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plusPrior experience in real estate is required.
