To deliver meaningful value in this space, Mastercard needs bold thinking, strong engagement, and diligence to earn the trust of end customers while supporting their corporate clients.The Verticals team is seeking a Vice President (VP), B2B Channel Partnerships, to drive measurable customer success through global platform partnerships. This role requires a collaborative leader who can work across internal Mastercard teams and ecosystem stakeholders to advance B2B partnerships and go-to-market campaigns. The VP will also serve as a subject matter expert, coordinating with internal teams such as Regional Sales, Product, Acceptance, Services, and PMO.The VP will build direct relationships with global B2B partners, expand Mastercard’s presence in the region, and collaborate with internal regional teams to execute a global strategy aimed at driving transaction volumes and revenue.Are you excited by the challenge of delivering a big vision from the ground up? Identify and maintain ongoing communications with internal and external stakeholders, business customers, suppliers, partners, and third parties as needed. Contribute to commercialization strategy and execution to ensure our partnerships launch successful payment solutions. Gather requirements and insights for internal Product and Strategy teams to innovate and strengthen solutions. Collaborate with PMO to prepare and distribute program and executive leadership updates, including progress against GDV targets, and contribute to training sessions and documentation. Conduct weekly update meetings with key contributors. Build and maintain senior management relationships within key partner and customer accounts.All About YouEssential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Sales leadership and partnership experience, including managing sales cycles, deal strategy, and establishing distribution channels through partnerships. Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address interdependencies and real issues in partner and customer sales situations. Detail-oriented with clear definitions of requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Experience managing customer expectations regarding deliverables and milestones. Skilled in leading and managing matrixed organizations toward success. Proactive and collaborative with extended team members. Organized and efficient in work processes.Desirable Or Additional Capabilities Awareness of B2B networks, procure-to-pay processes, and ERP systems. Global experience working with international teams. Strong understanding of key corporate business roles, specifically procurement/sourcing, payment/treasury, and/or regulatory/supply chain risk management. Familiarity with commercial card programs, including structure and commercial models.
