The Capital Introduction team at Cantor Fitzgerald offers VPs the exceptional opportunity to work with direct exposure to clients and institutional investors. As a VP in San Francisco on the Capital Introduction team, you will have the opportunity to run the West Coast, from a manager and allocator standpoint, driving growth across our firm offerings.Run client and allocator relationship management for the West CoastConduct market and research analysis to identify potential introduction opportunitiesBuild and expand hedge fund and institutional investor coverageCoordination and planning of eventsMaintain detailed client and allocator records and activityRespond promptly to client and allocator inquiriesReport to the SF office 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) at NYC market hoursQualifications:4 plus years minimum of experience in Cap Intro/Marketing/IR/Business DevelopmentBachelor’s degreeCurrent or recent experience in a Cap Intro/Marketing/IR/Business Development roleHas or is willing to quickly obtain SIE, Series 7 and 63Preferred Qualifications:Outstanding academic recordExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and self-monitoring skillsEstablished relationships with hedge funds and institutional investorsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSalary: $150,000 - $180,000The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 per year. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
