If you are passionate about the automotive sector and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you!Duties and Responsibilities:Support, mentor, and assess management staff.Lead development of organization-wide business plan; develop creative solutions to BP gaps and set future strategies.Ensure plant wide business plan objectives/measures are reflected to department(s) goals/activities.Establishes operating procedures consistent with the client requirements, policies and objectives and ensures their execution.Work with corporate resources to establish a strategic direction for the plant, design and implement action plans and initiatives, and drive results.Ensure TPM are fully implemented and strictly observed.Foster creative thinking within the group; develop new ideas for chronic problems; challenge subordinates for purpose of growth/development; lead projects to improve AYM.Ensure that products both meet customer expectations and that products are delivered on time.Lead, support, and direct resources to ensure the organization is running as optimally as possible, producing/delivering goods as efficiently as possible, and meeting/exceeding customer expectations.Skills and Abilities:Advanced knowledge of the sunroof, fuel band, and Finishing Production Systems.Advanced knowledge of Quality system tools such as Statistical Process Control, PQCT and FMEA.Analytical skills- ability to quickly analyze data and make important decisions.Business Planning and Budgeting creation and management.Fundamental understanding of Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) “Continuous Improvement” cycle.Competencies:Daily/weekly/monthly plan to actual reports.Business Plans.Statistical Process ControlCapital and Headcount planning/justifications.Budgets.TPMCustomer Performance Reports.Bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree (MBOE or MBA) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training & certification (SSBB) or equivalent
