Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement B2B Hotel Contracting strategies to align with the company’s overall business objectives, covering key business units including but not limited to (B2B Hotel Contracting Division, Fragmented Leisure Activities Division, MICE/High-End Customized Travel Division, etc.).2. Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and adjust supply chain strategies to respond to market dynamics.3. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, lead the team in expanding relevant markets, and efficiently achieve business targets.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Channel, Marketing, Finance, Technology) to deliver seamless services to clients.5. Leverage data-driven insights to provide regular reports to management and propose actionable improvement recommendations.Job Requirements:1. 10+ years of team management experience with a global perspective, including 3-5 years of experience managing international teams.2. Preference given to candidates with professional experience in the travel industry (especially OTA or B2B distribution channels), along with deep knowledge and insights into the cultural tourism supply chain ecosystem.3. Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a results-driven approach.4. Excellent business negotiation and supplier management capabilities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Outstanding communication skills in both English and Chinese.
