The platform combines AI-powered document automation, real-time deadline tracking, guided workflows, and secure case management to support individuals who need clear guidance and structure through the legal process.With a planned national rollout in Q4 2025, My Legal Coach Inc is expanding its founding team by adding a strategic leader who can help secure distribution channels, partnerships, and early-stage market traction.Position OverviewMy Legal Coach Inc is seeking a Vice President, Distribution and Partnerships to support the organization’s early expansion efforts. This individual will be responsible for establishing high-value partnerships, driving market adoption, and helping to position the company as a national leader in accessible legal technology.This is a founding-level role. Compensation is based on profit share tied to performance and revenue impact, with a pathway to meaningful equity as the company scales.This opportunity is suited for a professional who is motivated by ownership, mission-driven work, and the chance to help build a transformative product from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership DevelopmentIdentify, initiate, and manage partnerships with legal aid organizations, nonprofits, community groups, small business associations, universities, and professional networksDevelop referral pipelines with courts, shelters, housing agencies, and legal resources serving individuals who cannot access traditional legal representationBuild relationships with influencers, media, and legal-tech stakeholders to increase brand visibilityGrowth Strategy and ExecutionWork with leadership to design and implement the company’s early go-to-market strategyBuild scalable distribution channels focused on civil and family law supportConduct outreach campaigns to drive early adoption in states with high demand (Texas, California, Florida, New York, and others)Identify new revenue opportunities and market segments aligned with the company’s missionBrand and Market PositioningRepresent My Legal Coach Inc in presentations, meetings, events, and digital channelsSupport the development of thought leadership content, public education initiatives, and community engagementAssist in securing media coverage, strategic partnerships, and organizational endorsementsInternal CollaborationWork alongside executive leadership to refine strategy based on market feedbackHelp shape product decisions based on user needs and partnership insightsContribute to the long-term growth plan and national expansion roadmapQualificationsRequiredExperience in business development, partnerships, community outreach, nonprofit engagement, or a related fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently, manage outreach pipelines, and operate in a startup environmentHigh level of professionalism and alignment with the company’s mission to improve access to justicePreferredExperience in legal tech, SaaS, legal aid, family law, civil law, or consumer-facing technologyExisting network within nonprofits, legal aid organizations, advocacy groups, or community programsPrior involvement in early-stage startupsUnderstanding of sales, outreach, or growth strategiesCompensation StructureThis is a profit-share position with founder-level upside.
