Vice President of Finance📍 Stuart, FL (On-site or Hybrid) -- must live in SouthEast Florida💼 Retail & Direct to Consumer.– ConfidentialWe’re searching for an experienced VP of Finance to join a fast-growing Retail/ direct-to-consumer company headquartered in Stuart, FL. This is a key executive role reporting directly to the CEO — ideal for a hands-on finance leader who loves building structure, driving growth, and turning data into strategy.You’ll oversee all core financial functions — FP&A, accounting, capital strategy, investor relations, and compliance — while helping shape the company’s financial direction and long-term growth strategy.What You’ll Do:Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to set financial goals, KPIs, and growth strategies across multiple business lines.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with a focus on metricsOversee GAAP accounting, monthly close, reporting, and audit readiness.Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to support growth and product expansion.Partner with banks, investors, and advisors on financing, debt, and potential M&A.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins, and financial discipline across departments.Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.Present financial results and insights to the board and investors with clarity and precision.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience (5+ at an executive level)Proven success in consumer subscription, eCommerce, or DTC environmentsDeep knowledge of FP&A, GAAP accounting, capital management, and fundraisingA balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution
