Vice President of Finance – Casual Restaurant Industry – Southern Ca.We’re seeking an accomplished and hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead all financial operations for a respected, multi-unit casual restaurant group. This role calls for an experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-driven environment and understands the rhythm of casual fast-paced restaurants.As the financial steward of the company, you’ll oversee all accounting, reporting, and analysis functions, manage audits and compliance, safeguard assets, and ensure integrity across all financial statements. You’ll collaborate closely with the President and executive team to drive budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives—while mentoring and developing a talented finance team.This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking professional who balances precision with vision—someone who enjoys digging into the details of cash flow, capital planning, and debt compliance, while also shaping long-term business growth. You’ll maintain key relationships with banks, partners, and auditors, guiding financial decisions that support both day-to-day operations and future expansion.We’re looking for a leader with a Master’s in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CPA preferred) and 8–10 years of progressive financial management experience within the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
