What You'll DoAs a key member of the core leadership team, you will be a strategic partner, providing financial guidance and oversight across the organization. You will be responsible for:Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and shareholders to shape financial strategy and long-term planning. Develop KPIs, dashboards and forecasting tools to enhance decision making.Budgeting and Capital Planning: Work across the organization to update the operational and financial budget, presenting it both internally and to other stakeholders. Functional Execution: Lead a small team that performs core functions such as financial statement preparation, cashflow & treasury, contract administration, and ongoing tax reporting. External Relationships: Ownership of the relationship with lenders as well as tax advisors and auditor. Department Evolution: Lead continued evolution of the company’s financial systems, policies and procedures, and corporate structuring. Team Leadership: Lead and managea team of internal resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Who You AreYou are an energetic finance executive with a proven track record of success in a fast-growing environment. You are highly hands-on, dynamic, adaptable, and possess leadership skills. You can integrate seamlessly into an existing team and contribute positively to its performance and culture.
