They are seeking a VP Finance to join their team!Why Work HereLong term career opportunityRight hand to President & OwnerDiversified focus - Finance & Accounting, Operations, HR and ITStable & Growing companyGood work life balanceAbout the OpportunityFinance & AccountingLead and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and rolling forecasts to support strategic planning.Maintain and improve the company’s cash management, including monitoring working capital, optimizing AR/AP cycles, and managing banking relationships.Oversee the preparation of tax filings and compliance, coordinating with external tax advisors for corporate, sales/use tax, and other required filings.Manage annual audit or financial review process, including coordination with auditors and preparation of required schedules.OperationsReview and analyze production and inventory data, identifying opportunities for cost savings, waste reduction, and throughput improvement.Provide oversight of inventory control processes, including cycle counting, inventory valuation, and reconciliation across multiple locations (if applicable).Oversee company insurance programs, including general liability, workers’ compensation, and property coverage, in coordination with brokersITOversee the company’s IT systems and infrastructure in collaboration with external vendors or internal IT staff.Ensure secure, efficient, and up-to-date systems that support operational and financial reporting.Lead software/tool selection and implementation projects as needed (e.g., ERP upgrades).HRProvide oversight of HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.Collaborate on recruiting, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.Help build and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.Client job description responsibilitiesAbout YouCPAMin 15-20 years experience and currently at the Director level or aboveStrong Controllership experience with a broader exposure to operations, HR & ITRelated sector experience is preferred (Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)Process improvement orientedSalary Range$170,000 - $200,000 / yearHow to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
