This individual will act as the trusted steward of ownership value, ensuring that every asset under management delivers exceptional guest experiences, commercial returns, and long-term brand equity.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Asset LeadershipDefine and execute long-term asset management strategies that align with the Group’s business objectives and investment philosophy.Drive sustainable growth in asset value through rigorous analysis, proactive management, and strategic capital planning.Oversee the performance of the Group’s hospitality portfolio across key markets — ensuring consistent profitability, brand integrity, and operational excellence.Partner with senior management, property GMs, and operators to ensure business alignment and continuous improvement across all dimensions of performance.Evaluate opportunities for repositioning, expansion, or strategic divestment to optimize portfolio value.2. Financial and Operational OptimizationLead the annual planning and budget review process for each asset, ensuring robust financial performance and realistic operating assumptions.Analyze property-level P&L statements, operational KPIs, and market benchmarks to identify gaps and opportunities for performance improvement.Develop actionable strategies that enhance GOP, RevPAR, ADR, and guest satisfaction metrics across diverse asset types and geographies.Oversee capital investment programs, feasibility assessments, and ROI analysis for refurbishment and enhancement projects.Collaborate closely with Finance and Development teams to evaluate acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and shape post-acquisition integration plans.3. Brand and Experience StewardshipServe as the guardian of brand integrity, ensuring every asset reflects the Group’s commitment to excellence, authenticity, and cultural resonance.Inspire a guest-centric philosophy that celebrates design, experience, and service innovation across all properties.Monitor emerging lifestyle trends, consumer behaviors, and technology advancements to position the Group’s assets at the forefront of regional hospitality evolution.Partner with brand and marketing teams to strengthen each property’s market positioning and identity.4. Leadership and Talent DevelopmentLead, mentor, and empower a regional team of asset management and financial professionals across multiple markets.Foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and analytical rigor within the asset management function.Collaborate with property-level and corporate teams to build talent pipelines, leadership readiness, and cross-market knowledge exchange.Act as a coach and strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring that asset performance is supported by strong human capital and organizational culture.5.
