Our client, a prominent accessories brand with over 100 retail doors nationwide, is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead all aspects of people, culture, and organizational development. This brand is known for its strong values, people-first culture, and commitment to developing long-term careers across retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, and corporate teams.OverviewThe VP of HR will serve as the senior people leader, guiding HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, HR operations, and leadership coaching. This is a highly visible role that requires a balanced mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across a multi-division environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR strategy across Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Corporate teamsStrengthen culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiativesPartner with executives on organizational planning, talent needs, and performance managementOversee employee relations, HR policy, and consistent practices across all locationsGuide recruiting strategy for retail, corporate, and operational rolesManage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and complianceDrive retention, communication, and people development programsTeam LeadershipThis role oversees HR Managers supporting multiple business units, along with specialists in Benefits and Payroll.Who We're Looking ForSenior HR leader with experience in multi-site retail or consumer-focused organizationsStrong background across HR strategy, coaching, organizational development, and HR operationsHands-on, people-centric leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levelsProven ability to build culture, strengthen leadership capability, and drive alignment across teamsThis position is 5 days onsite in East Los Angeles.
