Vice President M&A

Our client, a leading investment banking boutique, is looking for an M&A vice president to join their entrepreneurial team in the Netherlands. Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.Develop and maintain relationships with potential targets, advisors, and key stakeholders across Europe.Prepare investment memos, financial models, and strategic analyses to support executive decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless post-merger integration and value realization.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate development, with a strong generalist background.Proven track record managing multiple complex transactions from origination to closing.Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to work effectively in international environments.
