Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Banking. The Vice President will be responsible for leading and executing M&A transactions, managing due diligence processes, and developing corporate strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial statements, creating financial models, and negotiating deal terms. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful transaction outcomes.
