You’ll play a critical role in shaping Cinch’s next phase of expansion, innovation, and partnership success.Position OverviewThe Vice President, National Sales – Real Estate Channel is a high-impact executive leadership role who will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be responsible for driving national growth across Cinch’s long-established real estate vertical. This individual will lead a high-performing sales organization that builds and expands partnerships with top brokerages, title companies, and transaction management platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on, growth-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and enjoys building scalable systems, teams, and partnerships from the ground up. As the face of Cinch in the real estate industry, the VP will combine deep industry expertise with strategic leadership to strengthen Cinch’s position as the premier home warranty provider in the real estate channel.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyLead and develop a national team of Regional VPs, Sales Managers, and Account Executives to achieve aggressive growth targets.Build and execute the national sales strategy, including market segmentation, territory planning, and performance management.Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional leaders to align sales goals with company objectives and the broader go-to-market strategy.Leverage data-driven insights to monitor performance, adjust tactics, and deliver P&L results.Business Development & PartnershipsExpand Cinch’s presence by developing strategic relationships with large and mid-sized real estate brokerages, title companies, and technology partners.Strengthen existing partnerships to drive retention, growth, and new product adoption.Serve as Cinch’s industry ambassador at key organizations and events such as NAR, RESPRO, NAHREP, and state realtor associations.Team Development & CoachingRecruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent across multiple regions.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.Coach leaders and their teams on consultative selling, relationship management, and territory optimization.Operational ExcellenceOversee sales operations including goal setting, pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance to ensure alignment on programs, campaigns, and incentive plans.Support continued innovation in digital tools and Salesforce utilization to enhance productivity and visibility across the team.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.15+ years of sales leadership experience in the residential real estate or home services industry, with a proven record of national or multi-regional success.Deep knowledge of the real estate ecosystem, including brokerage operations, settlement services, and RESPA guidelines.Executive presence and credibility to represent Cinch with senior industry leaders and major partners.Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale P&L and complex sales budgets.Demonstrated ability to drive growth and transformation in both mature and emerging business environments, including start-up or fast-scaling organizations.Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.Remote role; requires up to 50% travel.
