Vice President Nursing Excellence, Project Manager

Are you a Nurse Leader with a passion for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® and ANCC Pathway to Excellence® Designation? If so, consider working with HealthLinx as part of our Nursing Excellence Team as a Vice President Nursing Excellence, Project Manager.Embodying the HealthLinx® mission, this role will serve clients through assessment, analysis, action planning, and recommendation/implementation of Nursing Excellence Project Management (NEPM) solutions to help clients achieve ANCC Magnet® or ANCC Pathway to Excellence® Designation. This role will serve clients through consultation on Magnet® or Pathway to Excellence® data, structures and processes with the end goal of creating a strong document demonstrative of nursing excellence and subsequent designation. We are seeking a team member who meet the following qualifications:Registered Nurse with current active license; professional organization membership preferred; specialty certification preferredMaster’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Related required; if Master’s degree is not in Nursing, must hold minimum of Bachelor’s degree in NursingDoctoral degree in Healthcare or business related preferred Seven years progressive leadership experienceSuccessful Magnet Journey® experience as Magnet® Program Director/Coordinator required. Additional experience with successful Pathway to Excellence Journey® preferredHas coordinated/written at least two successful Magnet® documents. Has also coordinated/written at least one successful Pathway to Excellence® document preferredThis position is fully remote; however, the company operates primarily on Eastern Time. There will be occasional to frequent travel to client location in this role. If you have the experience and the passion to help our client, HealthLinx would like to hear from you.
