Job Description: Vice President, Business Development & Client ManagementCompany OverviewWe are a fast-growing digital production agency with $3MM in annual revenue, providing high-quality digital asset creation and marketing production services to clients across industries. We are seeking an execution-oriented Vice President of Business Development & Client Management to drive growth by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing accounts.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Business Development & Client Management will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business development pipeline, engaging prospective clients, closing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction across existing accounts. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong executional skills, and a deep understanding of the marketing services sector. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, client-focused, and adept at identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding agency services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end new business pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identification of upsell opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver client projects that meet expectations and business objectives.Execute account growth strategies to deepen engagement with current clients and expand service adoption.Track and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build awareness and generate leads.Ensure all client communications are professional, timely, and aligned with agency standards of excellence.Qualifications5–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or client services within the marketing services or digital production sector.Proven track record of managing pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services.Entrepreneurial, executional mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, and leadership teams.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.
