They’re known for their commitment to quality, collaboration, and delivering landmark developments that define communities.As they continue to expand their Ohio footprint, they’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Construction to oversee all aspects of construction operations across large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments.The Opportunity This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the full lifecycle of multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll oversee multiple project teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality projects exceeding $50M in value.Key Responsibilities:Lead all construction operations for multifamily projects across Ohio and surrounding statesOversee project delivery from concept through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitabilityManage Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Preconstruction teamsPartner with Development, Design, and Finance teams to align budgets, schedules, and execution plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and trade partnersImplement best practices, cost controls, and long-term growth strategies for the construction divisionRequirements:15+ years of progressive construction management experienceProven background in multifamily or mixed-use projects exceeding $50MExperience leading multiple large projects simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen, contract negotiation, and team leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Ability to lead teams with integrity, collaboration, and operational excellenceWhat’s on Offer:Competitive six-figure base salary + annual bonus structureFull benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) match, and PTOLong-term career growth with a respected, expanding developer-builderLeadership role with direct impact on major regional developments
