Job Description

Responsibilities:1.Strategy & Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust M&A and partnership pipeline that aligns with ACRO's core therapeutic areas and strategic goals, with a special focus on the life science tools and biologics upstream supply chain 2.End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead the entire transaction process for “License-in and M&A deals”. This includes: 1) Screening & Evaluation: Globally sourcing and evaluating opportunities in biopharma/life science upstream and new technology areas. 2) Due Diligence: Managing cross-functional teams to conduct technical, business, financial (FDD), legal (LDD), and intellectual property (IPDD) due diligence. 3) Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Leading the negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements. 4) Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Prepare and present investment recommendations and detailed reports for the Executive Team and Board of Directors, covering industry, company, technology, and financial analyses. 5) Post-Deal Integration & Management: Assist in post-transaction management, tracking the operational and commercial performance of partners or acquired entities, and coordinating resources to address potential risks.Qualifications: 1. Education: A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a directly related life sciences field. 2. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience in corporate development, investment banking (with a healthcare/life sciences focus), or venture capital/private equity. Direct experience in the **Life Science Tools, Diagnostics, or Research Instrumentation** industry is preferred. 3. Deal Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in leading and executing transactions in the biopharma or life sciences sector, including M&A, strategic alliances, and License-in/out activities. 4. Global Mobility: Significant international travel experience and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Experience working in both Western and Asian biopharma/life science markets is preferred. 5.
