Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Vice President of Engineering will lead the engineering department, overseeing team leadership, project management, and product development. This role involves driving innovation, managing engineering workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to support the successful delivery of cutting-edge power distribution systems tailored for the data center industry. Qualifications Proven expertise in Engineering Management and leading engineering teams.Strong skills in Team Leadership and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Software Development and Project Management to ensure project success.Experience with Product Development, including conceptualization and innovation strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-oriented approach.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred for effective communication across teams in Mexico and North America.Relevant educational background such as a degree in engineering, computer science, or similar field; advanced degree preferred.
