They will possess a proven ability to scale global marketing operations, inspire creativity, and deliver measurable growth through integrated digital and institutional marketing programs.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Marketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute Upbit’s global marketing strategy, aligning brand positioning with business growth objectives and market expansion priorities.Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, providing insights on market trends, user behavior, and brand performance.Oversee all marketing disciplines — including brand strategy, digital marketing, partnerships, communications, and performance analytics.Define global marketing KPIs, campaign objectives, and ROI metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and accountability.Brand Development & Global PositioningElevate Upbit’s global brand presence as a trusted, innovative, and compliant digital asset exchange.Lead brand narrative creation, ensuring consistent and impactful storytelling across regions and platforms.Build partnerships with influencers, media, and industry stakeholders to amplify Upbit’s visibility in key markets.Ensure alignment between regional campaigns and global brand identity, maintaining integrity and local relevance.Americas Expansion & Market GrowthDrive marketing initiatives that support Upbit’s entry and growth in the U.S. and broader Americas region.Design and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, partnerships, and institutional offerings.Collaborate with regional and global teams to tailor campaigns to the needs of retail, professional, and institutional audiences.Represent Upbit at major fintech, blockchain, and investment conferences, strengthening brand leadership and visibility.User Acquisition, Engagement & RetentionOversee global user growth campaigns leveraging digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, and community engagement.Partner with product and data teams to develop personalized marketing journeys based on behavioral analytics and lifecycle insights.Implement loyalty programs, referral systems, and content marketing initiatives that increase retention and user advocacy.Build and optimize marketing automation frameworks to enhance scalability and efficiency.Data Analytics & Market IntelligenceUtilize analytics, AI, and predictive models to measure marketing performance and customer sentiment.Track macro and competitive trends in the digital asset sector to inform market positioning and growth opportunities.Provide data-driven insights to shape investment allocation across channels and geographies.Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to ensure marketing investments drive measurable business outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration & LeadershipPartner closely with product, operations, and technology teams to align marketing strategies with product innovation and business goals.Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Build a performance-oriented culture that balances creative risk-taking with analytical rigor.Champion ethical, compliant, and inclusive marketing practices across all global initiatives.QualificationsOver 20 years of progressive experience in marketing, growth, or brand leadership, including senior executive roles in fintech, blockchain, or digital technology sectors.Proven success in scaling global marketing operations and driving measurable user or revenue growth.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition models, and brand management in regulated markets.Strong experience in international market expansion, multi-channel strategy, and cross-cultural communication.Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and analytical skills, with the ability to inspire diverse global teams.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications required;
