Platinum Equity is recognized for its global focus and expertise in diverse industries.Role DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Develop and execute investment strategies – Participate in the company's investment direction planning and identify high-quality investment opportunities (equity, M&A, funds, debt, etc.).Lead project execution – Responsible for investment project screening, due diligence, valuation modeling, transaction structure design, and negotiation execution.Portfolio management – ​​Track investment project performance, develop exit strategies, and optimize portfolio returns and risks.Capital operations and market research – Analyze industry trends, capital market dynamics, and the macroeconomic environment to provide insightful support for decision-making.Cross-departmental collaboration – Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient project implementation and controllable risks.External relations management – ​​Maintain good relationships with investment institutions, investment banks, funds, and strategic partners.Team leadership – Mentor the investment manager and analyst team to improve their professional capabilities and execution levels.Reporting to senior management – ​​Regularly report investment progress and return analysis to the CIO, executive director, or CEO.QualificationsMaster's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Over 8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or corporate investment departments.Proficient in financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction structuring, and investment due diligence processes.Experience leading independent projects and a proven track record of successful investments.Excellent analytical and judgment skills, negotiation abilities, and strategic thinking.Fluent in English; experience in multinational investment or international transactions is preferred.
