Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lilongwe for a Vice President of Land Development. The Vice President of Land Development will be responsible for overseeing and managing land use and planning, ensuring feasibility of projects, and handling land acquisition. Day-to-day tasks include working with land use planning and development, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring successful land acquisition for development projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Land Use, Land Use Planning, and Land DevelopmentExperience with conducting Feasibility Studies and Land AcquisitionStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plusAbility to work on-site in Lilongwe
