You’ll have real ownership, strong executive visibility, and the chance to shape Erin Air’s next phase of expansion.Top BenefitsCompetitive base pay: $160,000–$200,000 based on years of experiencePerformance bonus (15%) + commission; Total potential compensation of $250,000-$275,000100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees; 50% coverage for dependents401(k) with company match after 6 monthsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCareer growth opportunities as the company expands to new marketsWhat You’ll DoLead sales and marketing strategy to grow charter revenue and acquire new aircraft for the company’s charter certificate.Build and maintain high-trust relationships with 6–9 aircraft owners and their representatives.Design and execute outbound marketing programs, digital campaigns, and sales initiatives across print, web, and social media.Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, KPIs, and commission structures to drive performance and profitability.Mentor and develop a small, high-performing sales and marketing team.Represent Erin Air at aviation and luxury industry events to strengthen brand reputation.Partner closely with operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.What You Bring10+ years in sales and marketing leadership, including experience leading teams and driving measurable growth.4+ years in luxury and/or aviation industries, with proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships.Track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing successful sales and digital marketing strategies.Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with senior stakeholdersExperience with CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven business environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration preferredAbout Erin AirErin Air is a privately owned Seattle-based charter and aircraft management company with over 45 years of excellence in private aviation.
