The Vice President of Professional Services will oversee day-to-day operations including consulting, business process improvement, project management, and training. The role involves developing and executing strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction, managing a team of professional services consultants, and ensuring the successful implementation of ChainDrive and e-comDrive systems for our clients.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of basic ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, Merchandising, Planning) Proven track record of mid and large software implementations ( Minimum of 5 years of managing multiple concurrent projects and their allocated resources)Experience in Business Process ImprovementProject Management and Training skillsExcellent leadership and team management capabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in Montreal, QCBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10 years in the Retail industry
