With products like Agastya Green Hydrogen Electrolyser Station (AHES), Agastya Hydrogen Refuelling Station (AHRS), and Agastya Green Energy Management System (GEMS.AI), Agastya Hydrogen is redefining AEM technology to make hydrogen accessible to all.Role DescriptionAgastya Hydrogen is expanding its global footprint in the Green Hydrogen and Renewable Energy sector, driving innovation across sustainable technologies and decarbonization pathways.We are looking for an experienced Strategic Sales Leader (20+ years) with a proven track record in Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Clean-Tech markets, preferably based in Germany or the EU region.Key Expectations:Deep understanding of Hydrogen Value Chain (production, storage, offtake, and policy frameworks)Strong network with industrial clients, EPCs, and government bodies in EuropeStrategic capability to drive sales growth, partnerships, and market entry initiativesDemonstrated experience in business development and techno-commercial leadershipIf you are passionate about accelerating the energy transition and building a net-zero future, we’d love to connect.QualificationsStrategic Sales, leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExperience in project management is a plusKnowledge of sustainability, green energy, or hydrogen technologies is beneficialB.Tech + Masters in Business Administration or related fieldAbout Us: www.agastyah2.comLet’s build the Hydrogen future — together. ⚡
