A rapidly scaling fintech company is looking to appoint a Vice President of Sales to lead commercial growth across the Middle East and beyond. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven sales leader with deep experience in building and scaling high-performing teams within financial technology.Key responsibilities:Own the regional sales strategy, driving top-line growth across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accountsBuild, manage, and scale a team of AEs and SDRs, with a strong focus on performance, coaching, and developmentDrive pipeline growth through outbound strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market initiativesWork closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align commercial execution with company objectivesLead from the front on key deals and strategic customer relationshipsKey requirements:8+ years in B2B fintech, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership roleProven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environmentsStrong understanding of the financial services ecosystem across the Middle EastHands-on, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecastingBased in, or open to relocating to, Dubai
