Vice President – Sales | Dubai (DIFC) | Immediate StartWe are looking for a high-performing Vice President – Sales to join a leading alternative investment and boutique investment banking platform based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investment products.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute sales strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs, and sovereign wealth fundsBuild and maintain strong investor relationships locally, regionally, and internationallyCollaborate with internal teams (investment, marketing, legal, compliance) to craft compelling investment propositionsMonitor market trends and adjust strategies to seize new opportunitiesLead capital introduction, co-investment initiatives, and investor relationship managementWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related; MBA/advanced degree preferredSignificant experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations within asset management/private equity/alternative investmentsProven track record of raising substantial capital from institutional and/or family office investorsStrong regional and global network, with excellent commercial acumenExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience managing or leading teams, capable of coaching high-performance professionalsWhy This Role: This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contributions directly influence the growth of investment platforms.
