Job SummaryThe Vice President of Sales is responsible for the overall sales strategy planning, market expansion, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role requires leading the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, explore new markets, maintain customer relationships, drive performance growth, and work closely with senior management to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overall strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute the company's annual sales targets and medium- to long-term development strategies.Participate in the development of the company's overall business strategy, ensuring sales targets are aligned with corporate strategy.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, identify emerging opportunities, and develop corresponding strategies.Team Management and Performance-Driven DevelopmentBuild, manage, and motivate the sales team, establishing a high-performance culture.Set sales targets, performance evaluation standards, and incentive mechanisms.Regularly evaluate sales staff performance and guide the team to improve negotiation and customer management skills.Customer Relationships and Market ExpansionMaintain and expand relationships with key clients, driving cooperation projects with major clients.Participate in major sales negotiations, ensuring contract terms and profits align with the company's interests.Drive international or regional market expansion and establish strategic partnerships. Data Analysis and Sales OptimizationRegularly analyze sales data to evaluate performance and profit margins.Monitor sales channels, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.Optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates and customer retention.Cross-departmental CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance departments to drive sales plans forward.Provide market feedback to assist in product optimization and new product positioning.Report sales results and market insights to management.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales management or senior management positions.Experience in developing and successfully implementing sales strategies with an outstanding track record.Familiar with B2B or B2C sales models and possess a deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.Excellent team leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.Fluent in English and able to work in an international business environment.
