Job Description

The Vice President of Sales leads the organization’s sales strategy. This role is pivotal in cultivating long-term client relationships, driving new business development, and aligning with the strategic sales and marketing objectives. Serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, to ensure timely and successful delivery of castings tailored to client needs.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact for all regional customers, regardless of sourcing unitDevelop and execute strategic action plans for key accounts and high-potential prospectsBuild trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholdersRecommend pricing strategies and communicate validated pricing changesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiencePartner sales reps to identify and secure new business opportunitiesReport on monthly/quarterly initiatives and account metricsTrack casting usage and destination across customer accountsMaintain accurate records of quotes and follow-upsLiaise with engineering teams to communicate technical and commercial detailsGather and analyze market intelligence (demand, competition, trends)Represent the organization at trade shows and industry eventsStay current through professional development and industry engagementDemonstrated competencies regarding negotiating T&CsExperience, Qualifications & AttributesBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of sales experience in the metal casting industry preferredBasic understanding of casting principles, solidification, and heat treatment an assetAbility to read engineering drawings and understand machining fundamentalsProven success in account management and client-focused solution deliveryStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationHighly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentWe thank all interested parties but only those selected will be contacted to move forward.
