Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Vice President of Technology. The Vice President of Technology will lead strategic and technological initiatives, oversee strategy development, and align technology goals with the company’s mission of delivering innovative materials solutions. Responsibilities include managing technology projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing long-term strategies for technological innovation and implementation. Building solutions at the interections of materials, sensors and data intelligence. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex technical systems and identify innovative solutionsExpertise in materials-led but multi-discipline solutions Strategy, including proficiency in driving technology advancements in cross disciplinary fields.Comfortable with driving internal organic innovation and external collaborative co-innovation with partners. Proven capability in Project Management and Strategic Planning to ensure successful implementation and alignment of organizational objectivesExceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsExperience in advanced materials, nano or molecular chemistry, or related industries is a significant advantageMaster’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar; MBA is a plus
