We are committed to delivering world-class developments that combine architectural excellence, quality execution, and sustainable design principles.Role OverviewThe Senior Vice President – Projects will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale real estate developments, including high-rise towers, villa communities, hotels, and commercial buildings. The role requires strategic leadership, technical acumen, and deep knowledge of design management, project execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for the successful delivery of all ongoing and upcoming projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.Oversee end-to-end project management including design development, tendering, construction, quality control, and handover.Lead multidisciplinary teams of project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and execution.Review and approve project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement strategies.Drive project governance through robust reporting, risk management, and compliance with regulatory authorities.Manage stakeholder relationships including consultants, contractors, government agencies, and investors.Oversee resource planning and implementation of project control systems and procedures.Evaluate project feasibility and participate in value engineering, cost optimization, and design efficiency reviews.Ensure adherence to health, safety, sustainability, and environmental standards across all projects.Mentor and develop the internal project management team to build high-performance capability.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (Master’s preferred).Minimum 20-25 years of experience in real estate project management and development within the GCC.Proven track record of managing logistics, warehouses, staff accommodation and similar projectsStrong exposure to master planning, contract administration, and construction supervision.Excellent understanding of local building codes, regulatory processes, and authority approvals in the UAE.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
