Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will drive operational excellence, optimize company performance, ensure client satisfaction, and help shape the company’s long-term strategy and direction.This is an in-person position requiring a hands-on, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.DutiesLead and oversee daily operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent service quality and compliance with company standards.Collaborate with Area Managers, Project Managers, and the Operations team to achieve business goals and maintain client satisfaction.Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth and profitability.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and operational metrics to ensure efficiency and accountability.Strengthen client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive service management.Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, supporting bids and proposals, and fostering partnerships.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of key leadership and operations staff.Ensure company policies, safety standards, and quality control processes are upheld across all sites.Work closely with the CEO to develop annual business plans, budgets, and company goals.Represent S&I Services in a professional and strategic manner at client meetings and industry events.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).Proven leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites or regions.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and P&L responsibilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to travel between job sites and company locations as needed.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Salary: $150,000 annuallyBonus: End of the yearVehicle: Gas card and car allowanceBenefits: Full extended health and dental coverageVacation: 3 weeks paid vacationJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsDental careDisability insuranceExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingPaid time offWork Location: In person
