All of our positions are fully on-site in Parsippany, NJ.Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate, driven and hands-on senior leader in the F&I industry to join one of our growing brands at the DOWC organization. The Vice President of Sales & Operations will serve as a key executive leader responsible for building and scaling one of the affiliate brand's business operations and sales infrastructure. This individual will act as a strategic partner to senior executive leadership and will assume the core responsibilities of a C-Suite executive on a smaller organizational scale. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, hands-on executive with proven experience in the service contract, warranty, or automotive industry who can drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand development in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute the overall business strategy, including sales, operations, and growth initiatives.Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels to expand client base and revenue.Serve as a key decision-maker on company direction, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.Represent the company in high-level client, vendor, and partner relationships to strengthen brand presence and business growth.Sales LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and retention.Design and implement a scalable sales structure, including compensation plans, sales targets, and performance metrics.Develop and manage key accounts while ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns, brand awareness, and lead generation efforts.Operational OversightEstablish and refine internal processes, workflows, and performance standards across all departments.Develop operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.Oversee day-to-day company operations, including client onboarding, service delivery, and fulfillment.Manage vendor relationships and operational partnerships to ensure alignment with company objectives.Financial & Performance ManagementPartner with finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to measure organizational performance.Ensure profitability through cost optimization, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency.Regularly assess business results and present performance updates and recommendations to ownership.Team Development & LeadershipRecruit, develop, and mentor a cross-functional team aligned with company culture and values.Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work environment.Promote clear communication and alignment between departments, particularly sales, marketing, and operations.Required Qualifications: 7-10+ years of experience in F&I or automotive service contracts is required. Proven senior leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams and driving business results. Exceptional business development and relationship-building skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM or automotive software experience, as well as Microsoft Office. Proven track record of building and scaling business operations and sales organizations.Superior operational capabilities and organizational skills. Must be able to effectively manage and operate daily business operations. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of both strategic planning and tactical execution.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.Come join our growing team here in Parsippany!
