Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks a Vice President, Tech Product Owner in New York, New YorkWork on the technology, software applications and systems required by regulatory bodies to ensure internal clients adhere to firm compliance, monitoring and record keeping obligations. Work on stakeholder and client engagements, prioritize enhancements and ensure delivery, using technology resources. Develop and maintain technology vendor relationships and contracts. Align with stakeholder needs to support business growth and ensure technical benefits, risk, and compliance. Deliver presentations to clients and senior management. Define specific product roadmaps for Marketing and Enterprise social media. Decipher and prioritize business demand and model the value delivery. Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous optimization of client service and support. Work on defining and formulating the multiyear strategy for products based on business requirements. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $158,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.RequirementsRequires ten (10) years of experience in the position offered or ten (10) years as an Associate, Support Lead, Operations Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, or a related role. Requires ten (10) years of experience with: Agile methodologies; Scrum/Kanban; complex enterprise scale and highly regulated environments; translating business demand, forecasting growth, and technology needs into delivery timelines; product development life cycle, including problem definition, solution discovery to leverage the right data and technology, and post launch results optimization; release management lifecycle tools including Jira, Service Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and Service Now; negotiating renewal or net new contracts with third party vendors; and service level agreements (SLA’s), license tiering and financial terminology within contracts. Requires eight (8) years of experience with: validating existing data sets with PowerBI and Splunk within social media provisioning processes to identify risks.
