Job Description

PA to CEO – Hospitality & Lifestyle Group. West End. £45,000–£55,000 plus benefits. We’re working exclusively with a high-growth hospitality and lifestyle group to find a dynamic and adaptable Personal Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative, entrepreneurial business behind some of the most exciting restaurant and hospitality ventures, from award-winning dining concepts to boutique hotel operations across London, Europe and beyond. The RoleActing as a true right hand PA to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for a blend of business and personal support.

No two days will look the same- one minute you’ll be booking international travel and diary managing across time zones, the next you’ll be coordinating home maintenance or sourcing the best new restaurants all over the world.

Key Responsibilities-Diary and full inbox managementBooking travel, accommodation, restaurants, and appointmentsPreparing briefing notes and background researchActing as gatekeeper and liaison for the CEOManaging personal admin including household and lifestyle tasksSupporting on special projects and ad hoc business needsThe candidate-Sharp, proactive, and organised – you’re always five steps aheadComfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving start-up environmentDiscreet, emotionally intelligent, and able to read the roomNaturally resourceful and proactivePrevious experience supporting a senior executive or founder in a similarly hands-on roleThe Culture-This is an entrepreneurial team with a strong creative and operational core.

Office culture is important – the CEO is a big believer in face-to-face interaction and building relationships, so this is a five-day-a-week office role. WFH is offered if the CEO is travelling and when needed adhoc.
