About The RoleThe Senior Organisational Design Adviser provides advisory and hands-on support on the development and implementation of a sustainable and adaptive operating model and organisational design that supports the Department's long-term objectives. The Senior Design Adviser will facilitate the analysis of programmatic and continuous design efforts through planning to execution to inform strategic design solutions and recommendations. About YouA degree in a related field is highly desirable, along with relevant experience in similar roles involving organisational design, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Applied knowledge of contemporary corporate business systems and processes, and experience of corporate process innovation.

Adept with business improvement tools needed to setup, manage and deliver high quality outcomes including but not limited to MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Trello and MS PowerPoint. Experience diagnosing trends, obstacles, and opportunities in the internal and external environment; understand the linkages between natural systems and communities to inform policy; conceptualises and defines the systems working within the organisation.
