Excellent Opportunity for Change Analyst!Opportunity to work for a Victorian Government Client!!!Duration: 12-month ContractWork Arrangement: HybridLocation: Melbourne CBDRates: $700 - $800/day***Must be triple Covid vaccinated***Your new roleThe primary purpose of the position of the Change Analyst (Delivery) is to support the MyFRV HR transformation Program by delivering effective change management and engagement strategies through the application of the department's Change Management Framework (including PROSCI/ADKAR).

AccountabilitiesThe role collaborates closely with the Trainer within the Program and the Change Analyst (stretegy) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, while facilitating stakeholder engagement and managing change impact across the Program. Development of communication materials including presentations will be a significant aspect of this role. Demonstrating solid understanding of working with AGILE principles to support the Change Manager with analysis and planning of change initiatives across the Recovery Program, ensuring alignment with the broader ICS framework, FRV’s strategic objectives and FRV's Change Management Framework.

Develop and support the implementation of change management plans, including creating and maintaining relevant documentation, support material, and communication strategies. What you'll need to succeedProven experience supporting organisational change initiatives as part of a project team, contributing to successful change outcomes. Experience working on change projects related to technology solutions, process improvements, or cultural adjustments. Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with experience assisting in the establishment and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders across various organisational levels. The candidate will need to have strong People change management experience and has been in change management roles previously.

They must have stakeholder engagement, people impact assessment, development of personas, strong communication and presentation skills (refer to PD for more details). Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational change, human resources, or a related field in change management will be well regarded.
