As a fast-growing company, we have built a strong presence across both online and offline platforms.Our growth is driven by our innovative product offerings, passionate team, and the support of over 5 million organic followers on Instagram and e-commerce channels.With a bold vision to become Indonesia’s number one beauty and personal care brand, we invite you to be part of our journey and #BeOurSTARlett!Qualifications:Have a Bachelor's Degree in Film & Production, Design Communication, or any related fieldHas minimum 2 years of experiences in color grading and editingProficient in DaVinci Resolve (color grading, node-based workflow, and color management)Understanding color spaces (Rec.709, DCI-P3, Log, HDR, ACES)Strong visual sense, tone, and storytelling ability through colorAble to collaborate with Director, DOP, and Editor to achieve the desired lookFamiliar with post-production workflow (offline–online, conforming, mastering, and delivery)Capable of performing online editing, including conforming, relinking, versioning, and mastering output (ProRes, DCP, or broadcast formats)Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlinesResponsibilities:Perform color correction and color grading according to the project brief and visual referencesDevelop the visual look and tone in collaboration with the Director and Director of Photography (DOP).Handle online editing processes, including conforming, relinking, and mastering final outputs (ProRes, DCP, broadcast formats).Ensure color consistency and visual quality throughout to the final delivery stage.Coordinate closely with the editor and VFX team during the finishing process.Conduct quality control (QC) to ensure all deliverables meet both technical and aesthetic standardsMaintain and enrich skin tone references to preserve a natural look and distinct visual character for each project.Provide support as a backup editor (offline or online) when there are no active color grading projectsWhy Scarlett Indonesia?At Scarlett Indonesia, time flies beautifully as we stay focused on building, growing, and achieving meaningful milestones through memorable experiences.With our GLOW UP culture, we aim to build and empower a talented workforce that drives business growth through innovation, collaboration, and a positive work culture.#BeOurSTARlett and illuminate your path to success in the dynamic world of beauty and personal care.
