Projukti Team is looking for Video EditorJob responsibilities:Edit raw footage into polished videos for courses, marketing and social channelsAdd music, sound design, voiceovers and subtitles in Bangla and EnglishPerform colour correction and grading to ensure visual consistencyCreate clean motion graphics for intros, lower thirds, titles and simple explainersPrepare multiple aspect ratios and lengths for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Shorts or ReelsManage project files, proxies and exports, and maintain an organised asset libraryCollaborate with subject experts, trainers and the marketing team, and incorporate feedback quicklyEnsure every deliverable follows brand guidelines and platform specificationsContribute ideas to improve content quality, thumbnails and viewer retentionEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsTraining or certification in film or multimedia is a plus.Strong portfolio matters most.Skills Required: motion graphics, Color grading, Video EditingExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Educational Technology (Edtech) StartupProbation Period Three monthsWorking Hours: Sunday to ThursdayAdditional RequirementsSkills and Expertise: Video editing, motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, thumbnail and social video formatting, subtitle preparationProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Working.knowledge of Adobe Audition or DaVinci ResolveSolid .understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual composition.Ability to clean audio, mix dialogue and music, and add captions.Basic knowledge of camera formats, codecs and export settings.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.Positive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to learn new tools.Social video formatting, subtitle preparationJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
